We join forces with Melbourne’s favourite gin – Four Pillars, for an exceptional evening of Red Spice Road’s finest matched with Four Pillars gin cocktails.

The style of the evening: Four courses which have been created around the botanicals used in the gin itself, by our head chef, Dylan. Think flavours of cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, turmeric and coriander. The cocktails have then in turn been handcrafted around the menu Dylan has designed.

An exquisite foodie affair to inspire the tastebuds, with both the food and cocktails working in harmony to bring out the best of one another.

Pork shoulder, curry leaves, cinnamon, star anise, tomato, coriander

Grilled chicken, coconut, cardamom curry
