Potato congee w/ mushroom, chives, crispy shallots
Steamed miso egg custard, seaweed, sesame, wasabi dust, grated daikon
Crispy corn, herbs, chilli jam, pea sprouts, cos leaves
Burnt carrot Carpaccio, red radish, heirloom tomato, sawtooth, chilli cream
Pumpkin split pea fritters, tomato curry, turmeric cauliflower, curry leaves
Tofu, eggplant, cashews, green onion, Sichuan flavours
Mock duck, grape, roasted king mushroom red curry
Pineapple doughnut, Viet coffee sago, salted palm sugar caramel ice cream, peanut crunch
