An exciting eve, where Head Chef Darren Mercaldi will prepare a novel five-course menu showcasing the best seasonal produce and his creative edible inventions, to the delight and intrigue of our guests. No limits, no pre designed menu, simply what is fresh and available on the day of the event. Chef Darren will play with varying ingredients, techniques and flavours, to create a simply unique dinner, each and every time. His passion for produce and pushing the boundaries with his cuisine will be delivered straight from the source to you! Culinary experimentation at its best, and you get to be the first to try..
