On a cold, wintry Melbourne Sunday, we held a special event in our Private Dining Room to celebrate all that is communal dining.
Our Head Chef, Dylan McCormack, was eager to provide a feast of smoked meats, BBQ skewers, whole fish, fruit platters and more – and so we held the Sunday Spice Table.
Our lucky guests indulged in fish fresh off our courtyard BBQ and meats marinated in Asian herbs and spices. Dylan recently returned from an adventurous trip in Vietnam, so he utilised some new inspiration in his dishes.
We watched Dylan and the Red Spice Road team prepare these epic dishes in the kitchen and on the BBQ, so take a look at some behind-the-scenes footage of the event below.
