Executive Chef John McLeay perfectly pairs mango and passionfruit flavours to create a deliciously refreshing margarita-style cocktail.
20ml orange-flavoured liqueur
30ml lime juice
10ml passionfruit syrup
1 scoop of mango sorbet (mashes a little)
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously to break up and distribute the sorbet evenly throughout the drink.
Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
