Winter is here, and we have the perfect cure to chase away the winter blues, with three of our favourite soul-warming dishes made with love at Red Spice Road, Red Spice QV and Burma Lane.

We start this journey of culinary comfort with our coveted House Made Dim Sum with Green Curry Pork from Red Spice Road. These bite-sized morsels are a mouthful of goodness, especially when soaked up in the aromatic and tangy dipping sauce upon which they sit.

Next we head to younger sis, Red Spice QV for a vegetarian delight that will win over the most avid carnivore. The Eggplant with Smashed Cashews and Soy Custard Ma Po is a melt-in-your mouth, flavour-smashing, textural plate of bliss. We certainly cannot get enough of this stunning dish, and neither will you!
