Red Spice Road
Celebrating its 10th year this year, Red Spice Road has a vast range of function spaces to suit any event. The Lotus Rooms fit between 8-30 guests, with ambient lighting and plenty of space to make it your own. The room is brought to life by the murals on the walls – painted by renowned street artist Mike Eleven – which add an exceptionally unique touch to the space. The Lotus Rooms are completely enclosed rooms for an entirely private experience and are wheelchair accessible.
One can also experience the full effect of award-winning Red Spice Road with exclusive use events. The space fits between 120-190 guests and is wheelchair accessible. A spectacular red lantern, the largest in Australia, dominates the main dining room which also has a fully covered adjoining courtyard and three large-scale David Bromley paintings adorning the back wall. Guests are also given the opportunity to hire their own entertainment when partaking in sole use.
Lastly, why not hold an al fresco function with a difference in the courtyard area. Fully covered against the elements, this beautiful outdoor area adjoins the buzzing restaurant inside. The courtyard is wheelchair accessible and caters to between 20-32 guests. With fresh air and plenty of light, this is an ideal space for stand-up canapé functions and gatherings. If you prefer a sit-down menu, choose from our delicious banquet menus, with most dietary requirements catered for.
Red Spice QV
Little sis Red Spice QV on Artemis Lane in Melbourne’s QV complex has 2 private rooms that can be joined together to host up to 38 guests or you can go big and go with exclusive hire of the entire restaurant for 120 seated. Beautiful banquet menus designed to be shared give your guests great flexibility, with most dietary requirements able to be catered for given advance notice. Beverages are available on consumption or select from a range of great beverage packages. We can further personalise the experience by organising for custom menus, flower arrangements and additional AV equipment hire.
The Lily Rooms are a fabulous space in a perfect central city location. Lily Rooms 1 and 2 are semi-private dining spaces in a separate alcove of the Red Spice QV restaurant with wheelchair accessibility available through adjoining sister restaurant, Meat Fish Wine. The rooms overlook Lonsdale Street with large windows running along one side of the room providing plenty of natural light and can be separated or joined together to cater for between 8-38 guests.
Meat Fish Wine
Meat Fish Wine is a stunning urban sanctuary in an ideal location reserved solely for exquisite events and function use. The expansive venue caters for all types of events, with the added flexibility of choosing between the Asian-flair of Red Spice QV, or the modern Australian fare from the Meat Fish Wine kitchen. Upon entering the venue you will be lured in by the enticing walkway, that opens out into a stunning bar area, and then continues on into the moody dining room with its mesmerising lights and water feature. Continue around the corner, and the private dining rooms appear, with the open kitchen an interactive and fascinating addition to the dining experience.
Host the perfect stand-up canapé event, where either the bar area is your dedicated space catering for 80-100 guests or enjoy free realm of the venue for up to 200 guests. You can also nestle in for a luxurious dining experience in the main restaurant for up to 120 guests. If you’re after something a little more intimate there is the option of our semi-private dining rooms, catering for up to 32 guests. Flexibility, comfort and looks, Meat Fish Wine is the perfect function space for your next special event.

Burma Lane
Created in Melbourne, inspired by Asia, recently renovated Burma Lane offers a versatile and inviting space for your next special event. The flexible, open venue caters for both stand up canapé functions and sit down events. Secure the Mezzanine area for 60 seated guests or take over the entire venue, set over two floors, for up to 100 guests. Your event is brought to life evermore by the eclectic artwork around the venue and stunning floor to ceiling mural painted by renowned Melbourne street artist, Mike Eleven.
Delectable “Feed Me” menus of fresh, vibrant, deliciously different choices influenced by South East Asia are designed to be shared, or else handcrafted canapés give the group great flexibility. Custom menus can be designed with a header, company logo and/or image and most dietary requirements can be catered for given advance notice. Beverages are available on consumption or select from a range of great customised beverage packages to suit your tastes. We can further personalise the experience by organising flower arrangements, or additional AV equipment for hire.
