Red Spice Road is again joining forces with Victoria’s (and quite possibly Australia’s) favourite gin, Four Pillars, for a splendid foodie feast!
This dinner is all about the botanicals. The team at Four Pillars have handcrafted 5 unique cocktails for the night that work magnificently with our food. In turn, our new Head Chef Mo, has created a menu designed around these cocktails, with an emphasis on the eclectic range of botanicals used across the Four Pillars’ range of gins.
5 bespoke Four Pillars cocktails perfectly paired with a one-off menu designed uniquely for this event.
