A juxtaposition of the classic and the fresh. This event will be an honest tale of the Asian-Australian journey, represented through food, wine and art. Experience the generations of change from Asian born, to Australian born and how the Australian-Asian community has had a distinct impact on the food we eat in Australia today. 

The menu will take on a resplendent blend of classic Asian flavours, juxtaposed perfectly against modern Australian ingredients and dishes.
