The Red Spice Road cooking classes are building momentum, getting more and more popular with Melbournites that have a love for Asian cooking. So…due to popular demand, we have locked in new Cooking Classes for 2019.

Our chefs have come up with new + creative classes to get you grinding, grilling, stirring and smashing, all in the name of whipping up some divine dishes for you to easily create at home. Everything you’ll learn to create has that special Red Spice touch, and what’s even better, you get to devour all that you’ve helped make (plus more) over a 4-course lunch! Yep, work up an appetite and then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour over a lovely lunch – how good is that!

Seafood Class:

  • Stuffed whole baby barramundi
  • Marinated king prawn skewers
  • Watermelon cucumber salad
  • Nam prik pla dressing

N.B. due to the nature of this event, with a pre-designed menu, dietary requirements cannot be catered for.
