Where can I earn points?
How many points do I earn when I dine?
When you present your QR Code/membership number, you will earn 2 points for every dollar spent.
What if I forget to present my membership number?
Unfortunately you cannot accrue points after you have dined. Please remember to present your QR code or membership number before paying your bill.
What if I lose my QR code/membership number?
Please contact our friendly reservations team on (03)9603 1666 or email us at email@example.com.
Where can I find out how many points I have?
We send out a monthly newsletter to all our members. Your current points balance will be displayed in this newsletter. If you are having trouble finding this newsletter, our friendly reservations team will be able to assist with points balance enquiries. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out your point balance at any time.
How do I redeem points for rewards?

Can I earn points if I host a function?
Yes, if you are a group of 20 or more, 1,000 points will be automatically added to your membership.
What happens if there is more than one person with a membership on a table?
Only 1 member per table can accrue points.
Can I use my membership with other offers and discounts?
Points can be accrued for total bill after the discount.
When/where can I use my Bite Club special offer?
Any Bite Club drink vouchers/special offers can be used at the participating venue, and are subject to their own individual terms and conditions. Special offers cannot be redeemed with any other discount or offer. Please note we comply with responsible service of alcohol – you may be asked for photo ID.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
You can earn up to 1,000 points per regular dining visit. Groups of 20 or more will have 1,000 points automatically added to their membership, without needing to scan your QR membership code.
Can I earn points on pre-purchased events?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer points accrual on any of our special pre-purchased events.
