Behind The Scenes

Behind The Scenes

It has been an exciting month for Red Spice Road with our move only a few weeks away!

Our award-winning architect design team has been working with Mammoth Projects on the final touches of our multi-million dollar fit-out.

The former Fo Guang Yuan Art Gallery has almost finished its transition from a tranquil Buddhist gallery, meditation space, and tea room, to the buzzing South East Asian communal hawker dining concept we are famously known for.  An exciting sensory experience with exceptional service.

We would like to share with you the below behind the scene photos of the new restaurant and the site workers.

The builders from Mammoth Projects enjoy our famous Red Spice Road hospitality every Tuesday.

Our wonderful team serving the hard-working builders.

Lunch is provided to feed the hungry team and each member is delighted with the big bold flavours of every dish Sungeun Mo’s team provides.

Pork belly, hot mint slaw, black vinegar, chilli caramel.

Chicken stir fry with capsicum, and red chilli.

We hope you enjoyed the above photos and we look forward to announcing the new restaurant opening date with you soon.
