A Vegetarian Feast at Red Spice QV

You heard right – Red Spice QV is set to host a Vegetarian dinner on Thursday the 25th of February!

Executive chef John McLeay will prepare 8 delicious meat-free dishes that are sure to excite your senses.

Think pumpkin split pea fritters, tofu with eggplant and cashews plus steamed miso egg custard with seaweed, sesame and wasabi dust – yum!

The evening will come to a delicious crescendo as chef John McLeay dishes up a pineapple doughnut with Viet sago, salted palm sugar, caramel ice cream and peanut crunch for dessert.
